We had an issue with our delivery when the distribution company mistakenly mixed up some of the items, which meant we were likely going to be without a fully assembled bed for another week while waiting for the correct piece to arrive.After I called the GM, Eric, he immediately took ownership of the situation. Rather than simply apologizing or passing the issue along, he personally tracked down the missing item in inventory, loaded it into his own pickup truck, and drove 40 minutes to deliver it himself. He even helped carry it inside and assisted with the installation.Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Eric went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He saved us from several more sleepless nights (pun intended) and turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. If this is the level of commitment this company has to its customers, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
