One of the biggest shifts for me has been recognising the ways I use to protect myself and understanding that those patterns just don’t serve me. Jules has been patient, kind and unwavering in her support, going above and beyond to help me feel secure and calm when my nervous system was triggered. It's been a process, however, I’ve been able to start letting my walls down, show up more authentically and actually make changes in my life that I have been avoiding. My migraines a few and far between - which were linked to my nervous system more that I expected. That in itself has been a miracle, truly. Jules - thank you. I served in the Army for 7 years within the Health Battalion, where I faced numerous injuries. After trying other means of support, I was recommended The Pillar Code by another fellow soldier (veteran) who also struggled and chose to invest in himself to complete the code. I was left speechless even after the discovery call with my practitioner - Jules. I chose to invest in myself, not knowing what to expect, but everything in my being felt right. Everything this course covers—from such a holistic all-rounder approach to the structured framework to the level of support—has been phenomenal.
