Disappointing Visit to Extreme Go KartingOur session was booked for 11:15 AM, but we ended up waiting until 11:45 because they overbooked and squeezed in multiple groups before us. They even added six extra people to our race, making it overcrowded and messy.During the race, one of the staff members on track shouted at my female friend and used totally inappropriate language. We reported it, but the counter staff didn’t do anything — no apology, no response. Other groups were driving way more recklessly, and no one stopped them.The only decent part was one of the younger staff members who did come up and apologize — he was polite and seemed to care, unlike the rest of the team.Even the toilets were in bad shape — dirty, smelly, and the wash basins were gross.Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their customer service and basic hygiene. Our experience at Extreme Go Karting was nothing short of frustrating and unpleasant. The customer service was terrible, and the whole place felt unprofessional and poorly managed.We had a session booked for 11:15 AM, but they clearly overbooked to squeeze in more people and make extra money. Meanwhile, other groups were driving far more recklessly — bumping and crashing — but nothing was said to them either.And to top it all off, even the toilets were disgusting. They hadn’t been cleaned, they smelled horrible, and there was visible scum all over the wash basins.Overall, it was a horrible experience. The place is run poorly, the staff is unprofessional, and the facilities are unhygienic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here until they seriously clean up their act — both literally and in how they treat customers. Less
