Honestly, finding an inch of sewage in your basement on a Saturday night is a special kind of nightmare. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but Matt and Brian actually showed up in under an hour. I was halfway through a mental breakdown, but they just jumped right into the mess and handled it.​It was a disgusting job, but they were super chill about it and got the worst of the "stinky situation" under control before it could get any deeper.
