Honestly, finding an inch of sewage in your basement on a Saturday night is a special kind of nightmare. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but Matt and Brian actually showed up in under an hour. I was halfway through a mental breakdown, but they just jumped right into the mess and handled it.​It was a disgusting job, but they were super chill about it and got the worst of the "stinky situation" under control before it could get any deeper. Really appreciate them giving up their weekend to save my basement from being a total loss. Highly recommend asking for them if your house decides to explode.Thanks guys !P.S. We had a flood in our basement and I called My Charlotte, LLC, in the evening and Brian came out immediately, assessed the damage and brought us fans and dehumidifiers to get us started. on the cleanup. I HIGHLY recommend them for any flood job, cleanup and repair!!
