I’ve been so impressed watching the older participants in this workout program absolutely thrive! Cannot recommend it enough! It’s incredible to see how it's tailored to help grandparents regain strength, flexibility, and overall confidence. I’ve seen people who were initially struggling with basic movements now easily keeping up with their grandkids, bending, lifting, and playing with so much more energy. The best part is how functional the exercises are—they directly improve the ability to enjoy everyday life. It’s inspiring to watch these individuals get stronger and more active, and I love seeing them light up as they soak up every moment with their families!

Fit body is more than a gym, and a camp. They are now my fit fam! When I’m struggling they know just what to do to help. Or find ways to try and help when they don’t have the answer. No matter where you are in your journey, no matter your fitness goals everyone is so willing to help. I love how much the coaches can push you when you need it! And modify some I just simply am unable to do. Yet I’ve never felt shame in letting them know something is to hard. I went from couldn’t even do modified push-ups, to 10 regular and 10-15 modified altogether. I also notice I’m able to life more weight than before! Truly the best gym!

I love this CAMP! It’s not a gym but truly a family. Everyone of the coaches, wants you to achieve your goals the right way. They take the time to get to know you personally so they know how to push you. I have worked out at so many different gyms. This Boot Camp by far is the best.

I highly recommend Heber FBBC! The owners, Carl and Jenn, are amazing people who truly want to help people be their best selves. The coaches are all amazing and they take the time to get to know and help each individual. I love the variety of workouts and that they can be modified for any fitness level. The coaches are very creative and design workouts that work every muscle group throughout the week and help you make sure you are using correct form. They also offer nutrition help. Since starting FBBC, I have lost over 30 pounds and gained muscle, strength and confidence.

My husband and I joined the gym when it first opened about 5 months ago and have loved every minute of it. We are able to get a great workout in 30 minutes which limits the excuses to exercise. :). The instructors are amazing and it truly feels like a family. We have met wonderful people who are all on different journeys. No matter your condition or ability there is no reason not to join. No judgement, just support and encouragement from everyone! We are so glad we found this gym!

I started my journey at the Heber Fit Body Boot Camp almost 6weeks ago. I can’t say enough good things about them! The short but intense workouts are just that 30 minutes of hard work but before you realize you wanna fall over they are done! It’s totally doable for even the busy PTA mom! The coaches make the workouts fun and they are extra encouraging because they want everyone to succeed. I’m not a huge fan of exercise but I think I’m converted to a new lifestyle of a slow and steady change to a fit body😄thanks HFBBC!!

I joined the club 2 months ago and love training here. The studio is super clean, the program provides great variety and the coaches are amazing. It is a different work out every day, you get meal planning plus nutritional advice and you can attend as many classes as you like. Highly recommended!

I did the 6 week challenge and loved it. I can't wait until this virus is over and I can go back to the gym again with everybody! The trainers are great and really care about how your doing and making sure your doing the exercises correctly and eating healthy! It has been a great experience all around.
