I contacted 3Di for a patio I wanted installed. Derek called me back and worked around my busy schedule to set the appointment. We discussed many different options and he didn't rush me to make a decision. After a few days of contemplating my options, I called Derek back and told him what I wanted and he delivered!! 3Di was very punctual and affordable. He told me upfront what was requires and completed the job efficiently. They also completed my small residential job, that many other contractors wouldn't have quoted. I will definitely consider using them again for any future jobs.

Derek did a wonderful job starting with a fair estimate and willingly resolved any issues. Honestly I didn't pursue any other estimates after we talked and decided what was to be done and how much the job would cost. I can read people pretty well and right from the beginning I knew I was dealing with and honest guy. I would recommend him !

I do not recommend 3DI or Derek for sidewalk work.-He did not fully assess the project, including drainage and potential water problems.-His quote was 2,500 higher than a competitor, who made me aware of some structural issued that Derek did not address.-Derek’s quote was sent by text. He wasn’t able to send it by email. He did not produce a contract, except a boiler plate contract with no specifics of my job filled in.-His texted quote contradicted itself, stating one thing in the body, and another in the notes, because “it was too difficult to go back and rewrite the body”-His texts to me were illegible and shorthand. His text with the quote used minimal punctuation or appropriate caps, leaving me to figure out where one sentence ended and another started. Requested clarification was not provided. Confusing.-Rather than letting me know what colors and stamps he had available, he had me research them. Once researched, he didn’t have what I chose. Very time consuming.Finally, after much effort and receiving a blank boiler plate contract (?for me to fill out?) I chose another provider.
