We recently purchased a home listed by Mr. Javon Martin. We experienced unprofessionalism and unethical actions the entire time. He was very uncommunicative. It was very difficult for our agent to get any information from him and when she did it was rarely informational rather than just blow offs. Just one of the examples of the many unethical issues: At final walk through we found the sellers left the house with noticeable damage to many of the walls in the home (to include a fist hole). When we contacted him about this not being acceptable he hardly communicated and purposely created a significant time delay in proceedings. When he finally communicated with our agent he stated they would not repair the damage because that would interfere with their net. He fully supported this. Damage left for new home owners from the moving sellers! This is NOT turn-key. We have bought and sold houses in several states over the last ~10 years (we move often for work); this was by far the WORST experience we have had with a realtor (representing us or the other party). I cannot express clearly enough how much I would NOT recommend purchasing a house listed by Mr. Martin. We would never list a house with him knowing this is the experience the buyer and his fellow real estate colleagues would face. If I I could provide negative stars I would. Less
