In 2024 we had our boiler replaced by The Glow Group and yearly services since. We cannot fault the company, communication is fabulous and pricing is competitive and reasonable for the services provided. The guys who come out are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I found the staff at the Glow Group very helpful when I wanted to get my heating system serviced. The engineer turned up on time and didn't take very long when servicing my heating system. He politely put on overshoes which he'd bought with him and asked me to show him my boiler which I did. He then carried out the service and could find nothing wrong. He was very polite to me and I would recommend him to my neighbours. He left the area in a clean and tidy condition. A good job that was well done.

Had a new viessmann condensing boiler. Remove old header tank and hot water tank etc. Two days work very good of the team am impressed with how quickly it heats the water for shower or washing dishes so should save me money. See when winter comes. Would recommend this company.you have many choices of boilers
