Glow heating worked with us to define our requirements and offered us a detailed specification and detailed estimate of our needs. This was completed and presented on the 1st visit. My wife and I were delighted with the very competitive price given by the Glow Estimator. The installation was completed within 2 weeks of placing the order. I was really impressed that Glow provided the complete installation process including the construction of an outside base for the A/C unit, the installation of 3 linked A/C units inside and the wiring back to our consumer unit. The installation team were 1st class in all aspects of the installation and were exceptional clean and tidy. All the Glow Team were very well presented and very courteous and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the installation. They really exceeded my wife and my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Glow Heating to any future customers. Their performance is so refreshing to see and in my view is way ahead of other contractors I have used in the past. Easy to book, Glow had installed our boiler and so we went back to them for the yearly service. Easy to book, engineer arrived on time. Polite and pleasant, completed the service efficiently. Paperwork emailed confirming completion. Just what we wanted.
