Finding this woman can only be compared to finding gold in the California hills. Need I say more than I’m 70 years old and if you ask your father and grandfather what it was like for us as it related to computers. The answer is there were none. Over the years however I learned to navigate the programs that were important to me and became pretty good at it. Except when I press the button and it didn’t work. When you’re 70 and a button doesn’t work what you need to be concerned about is a heart attack. Fortunately I met Amanda and my heart beating steady. This girl is mine blowing When it comes to everything computer related and add to that her Outstanding ability when it comes to teaching. On every subject we go over She’s quick to remind me of lessons already learned. She makes it very hard to forget.Remember I told you I’m 70? The best ever is that she speaks with a clear easy to understand English and you have no idea how happy I am to pick up my phone and speak to somebody here in the United States. If I get on the phone one more time with a person I can’t understand I’m retiring. Fortunately now that I found Amanda it looks like I’ll be working at least till I’m 80.

After working with several zeek squads and not receiving favorable results, I reached out to Gotatek. I informed them I was having trouble setting up a sound system for my virtual classes. When I showed them the equipment I was using Gotatek immediately identified that the equipment was not compatible to my MacBook and made recommendations. Upon receiving the new equipment, Gotatek assisted me in setting up the new system. It worked perfectly. I found Gotatek is familiar with product knowledge and did a great job in pairing my MacBook with the right system. Gotatek showed a tremendous amount of patience in helping me resolve to my issues. Great Job Gotatek!
