I do appreciate the approach Wise Canine takes. They were patient with my very excitable puppy which helped me relax with her and focus on the training. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a puppy or older dog.

Highly recommend! Positive reinforcement training! These trainers are certified and wonderful!.Chinook and I are now 2 weeks into Basic Manners with Jenn. He's a bit older, 2 years old, but being a pandemic puppy, reactive, HIGH ENERGY, plus we live out in the sticks.... so we needed to invest in training in an environment like this.Jenn is wonderful and patient. We are teaching our dogs with treats and positive motivation. It's fun for me, and for my dog.Btw, choke collars, pinch collars, or hitting or forcing your dog, ALL ARE NOT A PART OF THIS TRAINING.It's kind, it's fun, and he's learning lots.Update: we have now been training with WC for years. Not because he isn't learning, but because we have so much fun. We have done all the Manners classes, 3 levels of nosework, Total Recall, the other one for not chasing wildlife, and now Outdoor Parkour. My neighbors comment what a better dog he is now.

I booked a 3-class one on one for my young dutch shepherd. Needing to travel from Haines, AK to Whitehorse for the lesson, Michelle was incredibly communicative and accomodating. I (being a terrible client) had to reschedule/cancel twice and each time she was very understanding and offered to do virtual sessions instead of the last two in-person ones since I couldn’t travel there. Our one in person session was incredibly helpful, her guidance has made remarkable improvements in his issues and behavior and she sent a very detailed follow up with further directions and resources. Couldn’t recommend this company and Michelle enough!! 10/10! Well worth the time and investment. Clear they are knowledgable, experienced, and truly care about owner and dog success.

I have taken two puppies to Wise Canine over the last three years. I started with the Puppy Start Right and Basic Manners class. We have progressed to Parkour, About Town and Calm & Focused.Alongside their certified trainers, I love the Positive Training Method and am looking forward to future classes with Michelle and her team.
