This is our first nosework training with our 4.5-yr old lab/pyrenees cross pupper. She did amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She is a challenging pup in training sessions, as she is reactive, however Leslie at Wise Canines handled this professionally and confidently. Leslie was very good at our initial nosework introductory training. The lessons were well laid out, easy to follow, and the supporting homework from each session was very valuable in ongoing home training to support the classes.We highly recommend Wise Canines for their training. Their facility is clean, inviting, and conducive to training. They are able to handle reactive dogs well, and training is easy and thorough.

Zora and I had a lot of fun at Basic Manners class. Zora is reactive with strange dogs and people. It was a really safe space for her to increase her comfort zone and also learn new skills and practise existing skills. We will take the about town class next and build on the basics.

Recall class: 3 outdoor sessions.Great class with doable progressions and fun training each week.Michelle has great insights into each dog and really personalized each session to each participant. Highly recommend Wise Canine sessions!

Ozzie (now 11 months old) and I have taken 7 classes with Wise Canine and I don’t know where I’d be without them!Got my weirdo rural living dog who doesn’t see people often, who barks-at-anything that moves in town and pulled on a leash like a lunatic into a dog who is now much easier and actually fun to walk in busy areas!I’ve learned to read him much better, figure out ways to work with him and while we’re not perfect, I feel we both have the foundation to get through future challenges that may come our way. The bond you create with your dog after a class is just amazing!The trainers are so great, supportive and patient, and SO understanding. Ozzie still loses it when we enter the classroom, but I think it’s more because he loves the trainers and going to class so much.😆Thank you so much Jenn and Leslie!!

For the Nosework classes, Wise Canines does an excellent job of arranging booths that allow the dogs to concentrate on the lesson and not on each other!

Basic Manners Level 1 was an excellent class. The environment was welcoming, supportive and fun. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable. Her passion for dogs truly shone through and made the learning experience engaging for both the humans and pupsters. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone starting their training journey.
