Rather than having to hit 10+ menu numbers to still get a robot that does not even understand the request you have verbally stated 5+ times! Just getting to speak to someone saves a lot of stress! AI is very much not a human being! Thank you Swift-Net for allowing your customers access to employees who know the technology you sell or at least will give you someone who does knows the technology (Not just pass you off to the next extention)!
