Great salsa classes! Adriana and Jose Luis are incredibly welcoming and make Karibe such a joyful place to learn. I’ve been taking classes for three years, and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in dancing. I love Karibe Dance !The best choice for learning how to dance!Love the environment, the people, abs great prices !Update:Years later, I married the most wonderful man and hired the best choreographer (Jose Luis) to plan our first dance !! My husband and I did a bachata, salsa and footloose routine and Jose Luis was such an amazing teacher that we had so much fun while learning it AND during our first dance ! We invited Jose and Adriana to our wedding because they truly feel like extended family ! HIGHlY recommend to hire them for wedding dances, quinceañeras or any dance event ! Will not disappoint ! Karibe Dance studio is THE place to go if you want to learn salsa and bachata ! Best teachers you’ll find in Miami, they make you feel like family. So much so that my now husband and I hired Jose Luis to coreograph our wedding routine and he did such an amazing job! My husband and I were at different levels and he catered to our talents to make sure we shined ! We paid for two packages and he ensured we practiced in front of people so that we wouldn’t be nervous on our big night ! We absolutely loved working with him and highly recommend anyone who wants to have a fabulous first dance at your wedding or any for event really! We invited Adriana and Jose Luis to our wedding because they felt like extended family for us! Spanish: Karibe Dance es el mejor lugar que vas a encontrar en Miami para aprender a bailar salsa, cuentan con los mejores profesores de baile y te sientes como en familia. Tanto es así que mi esposo y yo contratamos a José Luis para que haga la coreografía para nuestra boda. He hizo una coreografía espectacular y única, mezclando diferentes ritmos como queríamos. Mi esposo y yo estamos a diferentes niveles de baile y es tan excelente profesor que la coreografía hizo brillar a los dos ! I’ve been dancing at this studio for years and in my humble opinion, this is the best salsa and bachata dance studio in Miami. Jose Luis is an exceptional instructor who has a lot of patience with beginners and breaks down steps to make the combinations easy to follow. They also make class super fun and entertaining. I love this place so much that I hired them to choreograph my wedding dance! We learned the dance in a few sessions and they worked with our schedule. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn salsa and/or needs help with a choreographed wedding dance.

Jose Luis and Karibe are the best for me. When I lived in Albany NY before moving to Miami, the moves and structures they taught helped me teach beginner salsa in Albany (hobby, I am an attorney). They are a family, and I love the attention they pay not only to the turns, but also the focus on the tumbao, without which people can look like robots. They are caring about your progress and lots of fun.
