I left my 12-year-old nervous little Jack Russell Chihuahua, Fiona, with Pet Caddy for a long weekend, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was her very first time ever being boarded anywhere, so I was pretty anxious about how she’d handle it. From the moment we arrived, James made the entire experience calm, caring, and truly reassuring.He took the time to really understand Fiona—asking thoughtful questions, carefully observing her behavior, and making sure she felt safe and comfortable in her new environment. Thanks to his personalized attention, what could have been a stressful or traumatic experience for her turned out to be a happy and positive stay.Throughout the weekend, James sent sweet updates and adorable pictures, which let me actually relax and enjoy my trip knowing she was in excellent hands. I never once had to worry—she was safe, well cared for, and clearly happy.If you have a senior dog, a nervous pup, or just want peace of mind when you travel, I highly recommend Pet Caddy in Spicewood. We left our pup here a couple of times and we’re very satisfied with the boarding service. They also send updates over text when requested. We’ll continue to use Pet Caddy for boarding our pup in the future as well.

Pet Caddy is the absolute best. We did puppy training for our mini Aussie. It’s hard to leave your fur baby in someone else’s care, but I was instantly at ease that our pup was going to have the very best time! Tootsie was struggling with training, including basic commands and potty training. After her three week stay with James, she has come back confident and is settling right back into our home life. I have noticed an immediate difference in her demeanor - she used to be a skiddish, but after her time with James, she knows many basic commands and still has her sweet sweet personality. I cannot recommend Pet Caddy highly enough, especially for their Board and Train program!

My pup has been to a lot of doggie daycare places and when I picked her up, she was beaming. Once I got her home, she went right to sleep, so I know she was able to get a lot of exercise and play. Highly recommend.

As I searched the greater Austin area for the best place to board my Lucy for the weekend, I kept going back to Pet Caddy’s website, even though there were other reputable boarders much closer to my location. Why? Well, as everyone else has stated in their reviews, they are beyond fantastic! James and Ty are amazing, caring people who clearly love animals and went above and beyond to make Lucy’s stay great. She was exhausted from all the fun. Tye and her family were great with our 6 month Yorkie! We can tell Coco Rey had a busy time playing because as soon as we picked him up he fell asleep. Tye is the sweetest and so easy to work with. Excellent dog boarding experience! The staff was not only friendly and professional, but they also took exceptional care of my dog, who is a rescue and struggles with fear and anxiety. They gave him the special attention, patience, and understanding he needed to feel safe and to manage his emotions. He came home calm, happy, and well cared for. Our Great Danes stayed 6 days at PetCaddy and they were very well taken care of! Our big dogs love to play with other dogs and they had the opportunity to stretch and be free on acres of land. It was wonderful to enjoy our vacation knowing our four-legged family members were loved and cared for while we were away. I would highly recommend PetCaddy for your boarding and daycare needs. Boarded our dog, Penny, over Christmas and Pet Caddy was great! She had to be more limited on exercise and they took her for several walks per day rather than having her out with other dogs. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience at Pet Caddy. They are friendly, responsive and took great care of our dog, Maya. She gets anxious when left alone and we've struggled to find a good boarding spot for her in the past. Pet Caddy was perfect. She got lots of playtime with other dogs. We got lots of photo updates. She was happy and tuckered out from a week of play when we picked her up! We will definitely be coming back.
