They are extremely detailed in their inspection and are the cheapest around. I was getting quoted over $1000 for a tiny piece of land. They are also very professional, I was worried that being such cheap guys they might not do it properly, but surprisingly they did it very professionally.

The Local Law 11 inspection went a lot smoother than I expected. I was worried the report would be full of technical language that was hard to understand, but the engineer explained the findings in plain terms and answered my questions along the way. The inspection was organized, the communication was clear, and everything stayed on schedule. Overall, it was a straightforward experience without the usual confusion.
