ZERO STARS, I usually never leave bad reviews but this was unethical. This is the worst customer service platform ever. It was difficult to find a way to cancel. I went into the back end of the system to request a cancellation the night before my renewal to meet the 30 day notice. There is no clear way to cancel ANYWHERE in the software. I followed up twice before I heard back from anyone. They told me they never received it through the "contact us" form on the site. Because I didn't have screen shot proof they billed me one more month and cancelled my account the next day. I emailed back and forth and clearly this company puts profits before people. I have never had been treated to poorly as customer. I feel like I was robbed. On top of that I subscribed from the CRM which was an additional $50 and they still charged me. I highly DO NOT recommend!
