Shayne was great to deal with from start to finish. He was accommodating to our requirements and gave us a solid price. There may be cheaper competitors out there, but I wouldn't trust them compared to Best Pool Heating.We have been enjoying our pool more times this year than the previous 5 years combined as our pool was always cold due to it being in the shade a lot. Now it's beautifully warm and the only problem is it gets too cold outside! As soon as the chill of early spring is gone, we will enjoy it late into the night.Our filter was also leaking sand, we had our local pool guys out and they said "Nope all looks fine to us." Well I've never had f'n sand in my pool before so something is not right. Even somebody like myself who knows nothing about pools could see by the patterns in the floor and the fact it appears after the filter has been on no matter how much I clean it made it plainly obvious. Shayne agreed with me and suggested replacing the filter as its nearing 10 years old and tried to do us the best price possible as we had just spent thousands on the heat pump. We now have quality pool gear compared to the cheap rubbish before and I'm confident in it. Plus no more sand! Pool is crystal clear. He did a free pool service for us as well.He even sent us a box full of gifts, which was extremely thoughtful and something we have never experienced before!Thanks Shayne, look forward to continuing doing business with you in the future. Shayne communicated all throughout and I love the tracking app so I knew when you put the dogs away. While he wasn't able to fully fix the issues through no fault of his own he gave us a temporary fix and provided a chemical breakdown we'd need to get the pool back to order. Shayne installed our pool heater and solar blanket on our pool in August this year. Within a couple of days it was ready for a much awaited swim. Our children and grandchildren were all very excited to get in the pool. They all loved it. After swimming all day, we topped off the day with a nice cold ice cream. They said they felt like they were at a resort in Fiji, nice warm pool and bottomless ice cream.Shayne was great, so knowledgeable and professional, on time, answered any questions we had. Highly recommend Shayne and Best Pool Heating. I initially sent an online enquiry on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday, but Shayne replied immediately. He quickly answered all my questions and sent through supporting brochures and information to assist with the decision-making process. From this we selected the Madimack Elite V3 14kW as best to suit our requirements. Shayne was available to do a site visit that week and arrived punctually providing further friendly advice about the available options. There was flexibility with install dates, and we could get in before Xmas which was great. Install day went very smoothly and Shayne kindly assisted in doing additional pipe work to reconnect our existing pool equipment. The completed installation was superb and looks awesome. Shayne's demonstration and explanation on the start-up of the system, connection to wi-fi and using the app was very helpful. Shayne came out to check our pool pump which wasn’t working, other companies had insisted on us dismantling it and bringing it to them. Whereas Shayne came to our house, dismantled the pump, checked it and as it had unfortunately burnt out he replaced it and we had a new pump installed with zero hassle two days later. Amazing service and we would recommend him to anyone wanting great prompt service.
