* update * Returned to finish the job as a courtesy. The cleaning team sent was an improvement & genuinely seemed to want to make sure I was satisfied. They definitely did a much better job, but overall didn’t meet expectations. Decided not to go with this company for regular cleanings. I appreciate their responsiveness and all the staff were very nice/pleasant. Overall good experience.I hired this service for an initial cleaning (which in their words is a deep cleaning) after having issues with my previous cleaners, but this was hands-down the worst experience. Despite explaining my expectations upfront, the attention to detail was nonexistent. To be honest, my house wasn’t even that dirty to begin with other than my kitchen floors so I figured it was going to be sparkling. They finished the 4 hour cleaning in 2 hours. They showed up without a vacuum cleaner- That should’ve been my first warning.Completely Skipped Areas: My son’s bedroom wasn’t touched, and my own bedroom wasn't even swept or vacuumed. The cleaner told me she cleaned an ‘extra bedroom’?What?? So confused. All bedroooms weren’t included? The kids' bathtub wasn't cleaned, my bathroom mirrors weren't wiped, and those that were were half done with steaks. Kitchen cabinets were untouched.Terrible Floor Care: There was still dirt all over the house. As they were leaving they mopped right around the entryway doormat instead of lifting it. Didn’t bother moving my little shoe rack to sweep/ vacuum. The entryway is one of those areas were a lot of dirt collects. They didn’t even bother to sweep?! Worse yet, they completely missed a half-eaten apple my toddler had left on the floor under the console, which was totally visible. The floors were cloudy and streaked and smelled horribly of Fabuloso.Poor Appliance Care: While they offered a free promotional appliance cleaning and the inside of the oven is cleaner, they left the outside of my kitchen appliances completely covered in streaks and smudges. My counters weren’t even wiped down- there were crumbs everywhere.For a premium "deep clean" rate, (they charge an extra $100 for initial cleaning) this was incredibly unprofessional. One clean oven does not make up for a house that was barely touched. I feel like I shouldn't even have to pay for this service. I will absolutely never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
