We just hired Elite Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning of our downstairs, then bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. So far we have only had the first (deep) cleaning and are very pleased. Cyndi was very nice and explained what she would do before she began, plus she a did a few things that I requested. She really took her time and did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and family room. Plus she was very patient with my two dogs. I am going to request that she be my regular cleaner from now on.

Lady was very nice but, the outside of shower wasn't cleaned, light bowl on fan not cleaned,and fan blades not polished, bottom of end tables not polished/dusted and base boards not cleaned very well. Otherwise everything else was done not to bad.

These folks came with 1 day notice. We were in a bit of an urgent situation cleaning up after a move out. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. We would use them again. They were very enlpful

Very professional cleaning company. Prices are very reasonable, based on details *from you, on where you live, how big your living dwelling is and what type of cleaning service you need to have done. *Grace, the owner of the company, is very thorough in scheduling appointments, intaking details ensuring that the cleaning crew she sends out to your location, accomplishes everything noted for the service requested. I have scheduled 2 cleaning appointments so far for my client's home (I work as a Caregiver) and both my client and I are very HAPPY with the service received each time. Each appointment entailed maintenance cleaning, dusting of high areas, dusting of wood window shutters, dusting of light fixtures, ceiling fans and mopping of hard wood flooring. The cleaning associates are very professional, especially in completing the service within the scheduled time frame needed. Ryan, Kahrissa and Charlene are the cleaning associates that my client and I have had the pleasure of meeting and reviewing their cleaning skills from the last 2 appointments booked with the company. All three of them have gone above and beyond in making sure all tasks were completed accordingly. My client is now on a Biweekly scheduled maintenance cleaning for her home and we look forward to meeting the next cleaning crew Ms. Grace sends our way! Please don't hesitate in booking your cleaning service with this company. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! ☺️👍🏽
