I’ve been a member for 4 years now and I’m still as motivated and excited to go to class as I was on day one! Classes never get boring and always offer a different full body workout. Every trainer is amazing with amazing music and workouts to keep your heart rate up the entire hour. I will never return to a regular gym like Plant Fitness because I can do 10x times more at CKO in one hour than I can in 3 hours there. The environment is so friendly and motivating, it feels like a family. Trainers and staff have always treated me with kindness. Do not hesitate to join CKO, it will be the best decision ever!

Classes have been great since I started. It’s a lot of hard work but it’s worth it. I have quickly become acquainted with my strengths and limitations. Class availability are flexible with my 9-5 and the instructors are awesome. Be sure to work at your own pace and take it a day at a time.
