Charly Construction has completed two projects at our house. They tore out our existing laundry room and fully replaced the walls and flooring. They also created a deck on top of our side porch. I highly recommend them! They are communicative and get the job done swiftly.

We hired Charly Construction to replace the side porch on our house that had been leaking and was in poor shape. Carlos came out to evaluate the job the day I called him, and was back with the team the next morning to start work.They did an incredible job with the install of the new porch/balcony and took input from my wife and myself every step of the way.A few months later our laundry room (that’s a closed in addition built on top of an old porch) flooded and we turned to Charly Construction to come and replace the floors, which turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated (100 year old house). Carlos and the team rose to the challenge and left us with a clean and modern interior for our laundry room.

I called on a referral from a friend because my mother's house needed a roof due to damage from Helena. We had been waiting for several months for another contractor. Carlos came out, did our very fair estimate, we agreed and I signed the contract. Within a week Carlos and his team were there - on the agreed upon date and exactly on time. They had the roof completely off by lunch, and the new shingles were delivered and on by 5pm. They did a great job cleaning up and I was very impressed. Carlos and his team were great! Carlos built stairs off of our deck and did a fantastic job! They are very efficient and kind and clean up the job site when finished! I will be getting an estimate on a carport this spring! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Charly Construction!! Carlos and his crew replaced a large deck and some siding and did it quickly and to perfection. Carlos was up front and extremely fair about pricing and scheduling. He was on time every day and kept us informed about the project. He helped us decide what was best for our budget and style. The area and yard were nicely cleaned after they finished. We will definitely call Charly Construction for our next project.
