I’ve been coming to Penny for a while now for LVLs and HD Brows, and I’m always so pleased with the results. I recently had my lips blushed by Penny, and I am delighted with the results so far. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the whole appointment - Penny ensured I was comfortable and checked in frequently with me to see how I was doing. She offered regular breaks whenever I needed, and the atmosphere was relaxing and lighthearted. The clinic was beautiful and clean, further reassuring me about the quality of the service.I was prepared for pain as it had been thoroughly outlined beforehand, however it was much less than I was expecting. Penny re-applied numbing cream between each layer, making the experience very comfortable. We spent a long time at the start of the appointment mapping out the exact shape and colour I wanted (I brought my regular lip colour with me as a reference), with as many alterations as I wanted.I am around 2 weeks into the healing process, and at this point I am already delighted with the shape and colour. It feels lovely to not have to worry about applying lip colour all the time.The healing process was relatively easy, I had a small amount of peeling but no dryness or tightness due to the ointment provided at my appointment. My lips felt back to normal within a week, a much easier process than I expected!Penny provided me with a detailed aftercare document and some verbal aftercare advice at the appointment. This helped prepare me for the appearance at each step of the healing process.I’m really pleased with my decision to have my lips blushed with Penny. I’d recommend it to anyone, as I felt very looked after throughout and I feel it has really boosted my self confidence. Thank you so much 🥰
