I purchased a refurbished laptop from Ryan and Ashley in November, 2025. After being unable to repair recurring issues over a several month period, B&R volunteered to replace the laptop with an upgraded model and transfer all files and programming at no additional charge. B&R truly stands behind their product sales and service. I highly recommend.

Update 13-March-2026 5:00PMUnfortunately it is no longer possible to get help on short notice. I am totally sure that the people at B&R are still quite nice and capable, but even if one can see people inside, you're out of luck. I left a message with the AI then waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes. As I was leaving, I saw a real person inside, but not interested in helping a years long customer. I'm sad that this is the case as I have purchased around 5 computers from B&R over the years. I guess I'll go to Costco since B&R doesn't need my business.Update 13-March-2026 4:40PMB&R Computers is now "By Appointment Only".Please do not expect to be able to stop by during business hours. You will not get help. The AI answering system will take a detailed message, but you will not be able to talk to a person when you call.Original review: 2022Great family business. So far I have purchased a Dell desktop for my mother and a replacement HP laptop power supply. Both are working well.On my last visit, we had a nice conversation about how configurable computers are, basically request what ever you want and B&R will assemble it for you.I'm glad that I have a reliable local computer shop to help, even on short notice.

I've been a customer of B&R Computers for at least 6 years now. The staff there are incredibly customer focused !! I won't take my computer to any other store. They transferred files from my old unit to my new Dell and even left a file of the old files should I ever need to access them. They transferred my 92 yr old mothers Dell laptop that was incredibly slow to now a lightning speed unit by installing a digital hard drive from the factory model. Most recently they helped me with a BIT LOCK Blue screen that I thought had crippled my unit and erased my files. They fixed the issue within minutes. In closing B&R Computers is a Top Notch Company !!!

I had to get my computer fixed before the fall semester began because it had completely died on me shortly before. They told me that looking at the computer would cost $75 and reparing it would be a second as of then unknown cost. At first this did seem a bit high to me but they actually fixed my computer in the first stage and didn't charge me anything extra for it!Obviously I can't assure you you'll get the exact same service, but I definately recomend you check them out as they were awesome for me.(I put off this review for over a semester to make sure my computer would still be working and as of yet it's working great!):)

I will take all my computer needs to Ryan and Ashley. My business computer was old and needed to be cloned to a new computer. Everything went great and was done in two days. Their customer service is excellent I received phone calls and emails regarding my laptop and they were very patient and answered all of my questions. They eased my worries. They made sure that all my programs were up and running and set up two monitors to my laptop. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend B&R Computers. Thank you Ryan and Ashley!
