We had just left the Coral Square Mall, and we passed by the Pelokitos there. That place was open and empty, and when someone finally arrived, she looked unhappy to see us and zero apologies for abandoning her store, spoke no English, and unfortunately showed zero interest. We left there and went to Sharkey's instead. It seemed like that's what this Pelokitos lady wanted, anyway.Marlen ALSO didn't speak English - but we showed her the cut we wanted and she shaped up my screaming, shrieking baby boy up even though he got a lollipop, his favorite show, love and hugs - he had no chill. She kept her cool, provided the service in full including wash and blow-dry, and he looked (and probably felt) much better only after we left. She maintained kindness and patience for my baby and cut his hair beautifully. That's the difference. If someone wants to provide you with their service, it will show.Thank you Marlen. It's not easy and you stay professional the entire way.

My family went in for a mother daughter, and father son cut, with it being my son’s first cut. We walked in and three people immediately started taking care of us. The team made the experience magical for both my kids! We were in and out in 30 minutes with all four cuts! Highly recommended this location and team! We will be back.

My daughter loved her experience and so did I. The customer service was amazing and so was the wash and cut. Janeth styled my daughter’s hair after her cut, she offered to put glitter and gems. Every little girls dream! They painted her nails after, as well. Janeth talked to my daughter the whole time to make her feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend. The woman at the front desk is also great with the kids, the whole environment was wonderful. It’s far away from my house but I’ll be making the drive here every time, it’s worth it.
