I purchased a truck camper from them last year and have used it extensively since then. There were a few minor issues that needed attention, so I scheduled a service visit, which required a seven-hour round trip drive. On both occasions, Rory and his team were incredibly accommodating. They paused what they were working on and addressed the issues quickly and efficiently. The build quality of their campers is excellent, and their customer service is truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a high-quality product backed by exceptional support after the sale, I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy with my, new to me, Bundutop roof tent!Their is so much more room than in my wedge tent I have been using for two years.My husband LOVES how much more room we have now.At first I was concerned about customer service because I read these tents were manufactured in South Africa but I found the Bundutec Facebook page and chatted with Jenn Crooks and she has been very helpful and super responsive with all my questions.I can’t wait for more camping. This camper was a present from my husband. I ain’t gonna lie, he just wanted more room, and I am great with that!Ready set go camping !!

Bundutec creates an amazing product. We purchased our Bundutec Bunduvry in the fall of 2023. We have spent countless nights in our rig. Everything has been top notch quality with very close to zero issues since day 1. Rory and Jenn are very accommodating and great at answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Over the top Customer ServiceEarly November Rory and Jen were coming back from the Las Vegas show. I needed adjustments made on my electric lifts for my slide in,…. Rory offered to meet me at Copper Mountain, off 1-70. At 7pm, after driving 8 hours on snow packed roads and in a snowstorm he made the adjustments. I appreciate that when there is a problem the Support is there!!

****update added at the end***....from the beginning, I explained to Jenn what I was doing and how I was to mount the awning, so, she SOLD me the 2.95M sized awning. Well, now the problems start. The front and rear arms are hitting the tent, and the arms bend badly when things are pulled taught. After trying to sort this out with the 'experts' at bundutecUSA as to why I was sold an awning that won't wrap around my super king tent property, long story short (and many emails later) I was told it was MY fault!!! YET, before shipping, Rory told me that he questioned Jenn as to why I was being shipped the standard size awning and not a custom. This is when a simple call to me, explaining what I really needed (a custom awning that would actually fit my RTT) would have been the logical thing to do.......but Noooooo, they ship it anyway, so now it's my fault.heck, I'm already spending $1650 for an awning, what's another 100 bucks to get one that fits properly??****A side note; the bunduAwn manual only mentions 3 sizes with the 2.95M being the largest. Zero mention of any "custom" awning. Which would be something to let ppl know they need if they're looking at getting a super king RTT. SO, I just had to write this reviewso much for having the customer's best interest in mind.....***So, after all that, I started having electric issues. Goes up ok, but once I try to go down, it blows the fuse. I felt bad about having to ask for help after all that's been going on, but what choice did I have. Rory has been extremely helpful with trying to sort this issue out. It'snot fixed yet but cudos to the team at bundutecUSA for being there.
