Extremely disappointing on all fronts. We’re now coming up to a year of working together and, after investing over £10,000, very little has actually happened.At the beginning, I was promised qualified leads and told that they would “attack at all angles” to help grow my business. Nearly a year later, I haven’t seen anything close to what was promised.For a small business like mine, £10,000 is a hell of a lot of money. It was a huge investment for me and one I made because I genuinely believed it would help take my business forward. Looking back now, I really wish I had spent that money elsewhere.From what I can see, most of that £10,000 has gone towards some fairly basic SEO work, which I could have paid a fraction of the price for elsewhere. I certainly don’t feel like I’ve received £10,000 worth of marketing, strategy or lead generation.Staff seemed to be leaving every other week, so I was constantly being passed from one person to another. There was very little continuity and it often felt like I was starting again with someone new.I was also promised a refresh of my website, which I thought was the very least that could be done to try and make my investment actually go somewhere. That still hasn’t happened.Now, as we approach a year, my emails are barely being responded to and it feels like nobody particularly cares whether any of this has actually worked.I don't expect miracles, but after spending more than £10,000 and giving it nearly a year, I did expect to see something meaningful come from it.Sadly, I’m left feeling like I’ve wasted a huge amount of money that could have made a real difference to my business if I’d invested it elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.
