We met Jonathan after having a terrible experience with another relator so I was apprehensive about having another similar experience. However, what a surprise for the better! Jonathan was everything and more! We had a very limited budget but he continued to help us with constant viewings and solutions to what we could live with to be functional but within our budget. He didn't push us to buy the first thing we saw, he didn't say our goal of homeowner ship was a distant dream. He really listened to us and what we wanted and when we were getting frustrated with not seeing places that either wouldn't work for our family or was not in our budget, he trouble-shot. He came up with a game-plan.He had outstanding service, checking in with us at all times with constant communication. It made us feel important. We felt like he cared about the well-being of our family.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. This was our first home, and the experience was incredible. Jonathan brings vast knowledge of home construction, has the tools to check if electrical towers that are close are giving off harmful radiation, or if there is excessive moisture in a home.
