My LG gas dryer stopped heating. The technician diagnosed it, replaced 2 thermostats, and got it heating again — he quoted me a fair price for the work. What really impressed me: he didn't stop at the repair — he checked the vent at the front of the house, found no air coming out at all, and explained the clogged 30+ ft vent run is what caused the thermostats to fail. He even recommended a vent cleaning company that quoted me a fair flat rate. Honest work, fair price, and he found the root cause instead of just fixing the symptom. Highly recommend.

THE. BEST! Tyler and Kevin did the install in record time!! Definitely the fastest we’ve ever had anything get up and running. They were extremely helpful with explaining how the oven worked, and with answering the hundreds of questions we had about it. I would give over 5 stars if I could!! We hope everything runs so well that we won’t have to see them again, but of course we wouldn’t mind if they stopped by!!! Thank you all so much!! 100 out of 5 stars :) Give them a raise!!

Five stars all the way! I cannot recommend this company enough. They were extremely quick to respond and diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. What impressed me most was their honesty and personalized service. They genuinely wanted to help us and gave us advice based on what was best for our family—not what would make them the most money.They explained that they could absolutely repair our refrigerator, but were honest enough to tell us that if it were their refrigerator, they would put the money toward a new one instead. It’s rare to find a company that is this trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about its customers. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them again for any future appliance repairs!

I called and they said they could be out in an hour to trouble shoot my dryer. Nick arrived and check the electrical box and the dryer vent. Then found the heater element was broken. Quick fix and I am grateful.Will call again if anything else goes out. Very pleased.
