Ray and his team were wonderful, both friendly and professional. Ray really listened to us, and the work they did in our bathroom was exactly what we wanted, and at a reasonable price. They took our old farmhouse bathroom full of lead paint, and made it safe, authentic, and beautiful. I absolutely recommend them for any work you need done.

Exceeded expecations! Project: Paint kitchen cabinets, Install LVP and new baseboard on entire first floor, tile fire place surround, and paint stairs handrail and banisters. Ray's crew showed up on the promised start date and stayed on the job for about three weeks until the job was finished. Ray took our cherry stained kitchen cabinets and painted them white. Honestly, I had very low expectations but they turned out great and look more like an original finish. They did the hard work of meticulously sanding surfaces preping the surfaces before painting. They took precautions to contain dust and paint in the area of house being worked on. The LVP was installed on the entire first floor. Very good plank layout with no noticable seam patterns. Great job on the baseboard and professional tile work on fireplace too! Overall Ray and his crew exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them!

Professionalism, punctuality, work ethic, honesty, craftsmanship—Ray Hite the Paint Pro is everything you hope to find in a contractor these days but so often do not. Ray is a lifelong resident of the Waynesboro area and his love for the community and the houses he works on is evident in the way he conducts himself personally and in the way he and his crew perform their jobs.Our job was a rebuild of an existing deck and balcony, about 850 square feet total, retaining some of the original footprint and skeleton while adding new space and upgrading to composite from wood. Ray is very thorough and explains everything ahead of time. He’ll tell you he can do the job however you want him to, but will also advise you on how it should be done. He helped us with determining what parts of the original deck were safe and usable, how best to design the addition and how much space we would likely need (based on his own past experience) and what the best options would be for materials. Ray is extremely responsive and always answered our messages personally, often by phone. We tend to be fairly demanding and inquisitive home improvement clients, but he was very patient and communicative with us and always took the time to fully answer our (many) questions. Both Ray and his crew were always extremely polite, respectful, and attentive to our concerns.Their workmanship and the final result were outstanding. Ray clearly chooses his people with care, and the members of his crew seemed to be very capable, experienced at their jobs, and committed to delivering a product of high craftsmanship. On the rare occasion something needed to be corrected, it was taken care of quickly, often without needing to be pointed out. The final product, as you can see, is beautiful, and we have been spending a lot of time on our new deck! I’d hire these guys again without hesitation and, in fact, I already have for an exterior paint and repair project on the same house.

We called Ray for help in painting our brick home. We kind of knew what we wanted but really had no idea what colors would work. He walked us through the whole process . The gentlemen that did the work were very responsive, respectful and very timely in completing the work. We are very pleased with our experience with this project and recommend this company

We hired Ray to paint the exterior trim and body of our 15 year old home and we were extremely pleased with the results! As others have said, he provided excellent consultation on the color choices and I am so happy I listened to him! Any areas needing repair were also taken care of so that every square inch of our exterior was addressed and now looks like new. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of Ray's crew. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any painting or remodeling needs.

We could not be more pleased with Ray's team. He was incredibly responsive. From our first interaction he came to our home, gave a prompt estimate and they came in ahead of schedule. This is especially impressive in the Wintergreen resort community! We cannot recommend Ray's services enough, the paint job (painted the entire home) is immaculate!

Our experience with Ray and his crew was above exceptional. We opted to change the original color of the lower level of our new home but were out of our element when deciding what to do. Ray not only provided his professional opinion on different paint options but was in constant communication about our satisfaction with the decisions while the work was being completed. We also had a few non-paint related areas updated at the same time which was a major advantage in hiring his company. The carpenters on his team worked beautifully and efficiently on our kitchen, completing the look we were going for. His team was punctual, professional and precise. Eric did a fantastic job on the paint as well as was friendly and careful in keeping our belongings safe from the project. We knew that we were paying for quality and was worth every penny.
