What can I say about Joy? Well, she's the real deal, for one. Joy walked us through the process... and by "walk us through" I mean led us through; I had no idea what was going on for the entirety of the process, but there was Joy, making sure all the I's were dotted and all the T's were crossed. I was working throughout the the whole transaction, and my wife was getting our son settled into a new school while carrying a full academic load at UF. I can honestly say that if it weren't for Joy with her attentiveness and recommendations we surely would not have got the house. I still have to pinch myself sometimes, because the buying process went so smoothly and quickly, and this was solely due to Joy's perseverance and expertise. She was a "joy" to work with. Additionally, this was not a high price house, I can't imagine she made that much of this sale. Which makes me wonder what she'd be like to work with on an average priced or high priced property. If you are looking to make a real estate purchase, do yourself a favor and call Joy, you will not regret it.
