Nathan wasn't just a broker to my wife and I in our first-ever home purchase--he coached us without leading, informed us without bias, and made himself available to us at all times night or day to ensure we were always on the same page and all understood things line by line before signing, sometimes calling directly while looking at the same document to ensure he was looking with me at exactly what I was asking about. He was careful, thoughtful, and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better guide for a process that would have otherwise been overwhelming and probably would have become a nonstarter. He was also patient, having waited for us to financially prepare for almost a year before moving forward with us, reminding us all along the way that it's a marathon, not a sprint.This is one of the good guys.

We were referred to Nathan through our realtor. He was awesome. He stuck with us for a very long and complicated house search. We started looking in May of 2023. During the process of finding our perfect home, there were multiple offers and we even got close to closing on one before seller pulled out at the last minute for no good reason. He was on top of it the whole time, telling it to us straight and reassuring us we would find “the one”. Sure enough we found the right one and we closed on Halloween. So happy with all his hard work. We definitely provided him with a challenge and he came through at every turn.
