Ed saved my home! Literally; We lost power to our house in Toms River, which took out the sump in the basement and at the time I did not have an alert system. The basement flooded and our furnace was under 12 inches of water! Ed came over within 45 minutes of me calling and not only did he help me pump the water out of the basement but he was able to source the parts needed to fix the furnace THE SAME DAY. This company goes above and beyond! Less

The absolute best! Called Patrick at 7am because our heat was not working. Ed showed up at 8am to look at the issue. He thoroughly checked what was wrong, updated me, gave me an estimate and went ahead and quickly fixed the problem. You can't ask for better service than that. Appreciate the responsiveness and getting us back up and running quickly.I had another issue and they were there early on a Saturday morning. The issue was quickly fixed with a full explanation on what happened. Patrick even followed up on Monday to see if everything was still working fine.Can't say enough about how responsive everyone is at California Coolers Less
