Avoid Dr. Kassim at All Costs I had a very negative experience with Dr. Kassim and his office. I initially visited him to get a new upper dental bridge. I returned to the office, and after a month and a half of enduring significant discomfort and difficulty eating without proper teeth, I received the repaired bridge. However, upon receiving it, the bridge fell apart immediately upon touching it. Dr. Kassim took it back for further repairs, and I endured another month and a half of waiting, only to be told that he could no longer work with me and wanted to release me as a patient. Dr. Kassim has since blocked my number, making it impossible to reach the office for follow-ups or to discuss a refund. The staff even hung up on me when I called from a different number. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and distressing. I’m left with unresolved issues and no recourse for the money I’ve spent. Do yourself a favor and avoid Dr. Kassim if you value your time, money, and well-being. His lack of professionalism and poor workmanship are beyond frustrating. Less
