I have been coming for 2 years now. They are amazing, everyone is so friendly and patient and knowledgeable. They never charge more than they quote, they're always on time, honest & perfect work. As a women i never feel taken advantage of like at other places.Prices you wont be able to beat. Even if you live far - for the once or twice a year maintenance- its worth the drive .After 20 years of driving and maintenance on cars - this is the best place i have been to! Its also huge in the waiting area - tables if you need to work or eat - clean bathrooms and clean waiting area , you never see that unless youre at a huge dealership.Definitely 1000% recommend this place over anywhere else !

My 2021 CX30 Mazda's a/c wasn't. blowing cold air today so I took it to Pairs Auto where they recharged the refrigerant it.Now it's blowing icy cold air again and is ready for whatever Mother Nature sends my way! I recently had Pairs perform their $30 oil change, together wth a cuppla of other minor checks. Service was outstanding, expedient and price was exactly as advertised incl no charge for the minor checks. I had an excellent experience with Pairs Auto. I brought my car in for an OPP inspection. It was so easy to book an appointment online. Pairs Auto has very kind and attentive staff, and excellent communication. They were prompt and honest about what needed to be done to pass the inspection, and didn't push me into anything that wasn't necessary.
