We have used Licaro Builders three times for home remodels, lastly for our master bath/closet. As we designed the project ourselves, of course there were changes. Jimmy was flexible, as always, during the process and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Despite some issues with supplies, Jimmy was always on top of it and followed up with us regularly so we were informed of the progress. We always enjoy working with Jimmy, he is honest and easy to work with. We are happy with how our bath and closet turned out and would recommend him for remodeling projects!

We got a complete kitchen remodel in February of 2025 and the team did a fantastic job! They took our outdated small farmhouse kitchen and created a beautiful open concept modern kitchen. Jimmy was always transparent about the process and had great communication! My family and I love the new kitchen and would use the team again for any future projects!

It was either build a new addition or gut the interior or our house and re-model. We chose to remodel and chose Licaro Builders for the work. Licaro's work was way beyond expectations. We now have a spa like atmosphere in our on suite with modern fixtures, custom vanity and a shower custom tiled from floor to ceiling. His contractors were always on time and their workmanship was impeccable. I just can't say enough good things about Jimmy and his team at Licaro Builders. I had 1500 sq. ft. if my basement completely finished and it looks fantastic. Jimmy personally was on top of every detail and was extremely helpful in helping to navigate the process including picking out all the products required to get it just the way I wanted it - including bathroom fixtures, flooring, paint, lighting... The bottom line is that the communication was great, the product is great and I highly recommend Jimmy at Licaro Builders!
