We have used Licaro Builders three times for home remodels, lastly for our master bath/closet. As we designed the project ourselves, of course there were changes. Jimmy was flexible, as always, during the process and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Despite some issues with supplies, Jimmy was always on top of it and followed up with us regularly so we were informed of the progress. We always enjoy working with Jimmy, he is honest and easy to work with. We are happy with how our bath and closet turned out and would recommend him for remodeling projects!

It was either build a new addition or gut the interior or our house and re-model. We chose to remodel and chose Licaro Builders for the work. Licaro's work was way beyond expectations. I just can't say enough good things about Jimmy and his team at Licaro Builders. I had 1500 sq. ft. if my basement completely finished and it looks fantastic. We updated the owners suite bathroom, which is considerably bigger in size than most bathrooms. We received a few quotes and most of them were comparable. Licaro Builders completely remodeled my basement and gave me a beautiful “apartment”. I have two before pics and the rest after. They built me a bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, dining area, kitchen bar for eating, new window in the living room, full laundry room - long folding counter top with cabinets, beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, granite counter top with custom cabinets, custom stair rails. This project went phenomenally well. Jimmy and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and the finished project is beyond my expectations. Plus, his prices are very competitive! Jimmy at Licaro Builders remodeled our kitchen, so it was an easy choice to have him do the total remodel on our master bath. He is extremely flexible and accommodating with changes, such as when we asked (after work had started!) to add some minor updates to our half bath and guest bath. We are extremely pleased with all of the work, especially with our new master bath! Instead of a jacuzzi tub we never used, we have a gorgeous step-in shower with all the features and safety options we wanted (and some we hadn’t known we'd want)! Plus, we gained a much-needed linen closet where the old shower had been. Jimmy’s prices are fair, and he credited us when we were under any allowance shown in the contract. Yes, there were some delays due to supplies and COVID issues, but Jimmy had told us that could happen ahead of time and always kept us updated. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Jimmy often said he’d do whatever was needed to make us happy with the project. He meant it!

The remodel went great! We live in home built in 1911, and one bathroom did not have a shower. It also had wood flooring and wood wall paneling. We had the jet tub removed from that bathroom and replaced it with a gorgeous new tiled shower enclosure and all tiled bathroom walls and floor. When I first contacted Licaro for the job, Jimmy LiPuma got back to me right away and we made an appointment for him to come out to look a the space and work out an estimate. After that initial appointment, we looked forward to getting started a few months out, however COVID-19 prevented us from getting started. What impressed me was that throughout that time, Jimmy stayed in regular contact with me via email to keep me updated. Once we did get started, Jimmy was on site throughout each stage from demolition to finish. He kept me updated at all times via text, phone and email. All of the workers that Licaro used were on time, professional and helpful: the plumber, electrician, drywall crew, and the gentleman who did our gorgeous tile work. Jimmy, Ronny, Steven, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with and always showed up to work on time. This was a labor intensive job and it took some time, but it was well worth it. The end result is simply gorgeous.

Jimmy is always great to work with. We had used him in our former home on several projects including a master bath remodel, laundry/ mudroom remodel and new windows. We moved and needed a closet system installed in our new home. He was responsive, reasonable and worked with our tight time frame. We plan on using him again in the near future for some custom laundry cabinets.
