Honestly last year for my 2024 taxes, I tried to go with ALIA and was told by her that I would have to pay her $300 out of my refund even though I got the same amount back from turbo tax lol so I just went with turbo tax because atleast they don’t charge $300. She told me if I start a business she could get me more back next year. So to file for year 2025 I tried to go with her AGAIN because I started a couple businesses. I kept getting calls from “her team” who kept pulling up the 2024 information even though she was sent all 2025 before we even had the phone appointment. The lady apologized, she found all my 2025 information, and said give her until the morning to have my refund. I get a call in the morning (3 days later) and was told by ALIA that I won’t be getting a refund back and she was telling me all my 2024 information. Funny thing is I got $1000 back with my 2024 information so that would make no sense. Second, I explained to Alia that I sent her all 2025 information to her email as told by the application before we had our phone appointment. She kept on making it seem like she got the wrong information (tryna put the blame on me) when she even told me on a phone appointment that she received my information at 4am 3 DAYS AGO LMAO. Even the lady I spoke to last night said that Alia never sent her over the information which is why she apologized because she found it and was gonna work on it. I was polite and explained that to her because I keep track of everything. She felt insecure that I was smart I guess lol and didn’t wanna do my taxes anymore. They honestly don’t sound like they know what their doing anyways so I dodged a bullet. It’s giving FRAUD 💯 and she needs to realize some people aren’t gonna bow down to you and not speak up when YOUR LOUD AND WRONG.
