What you will experience here is a very thorough understanding that when it comes to fitness and nutrition, that no one particular diet plan will work for everyone. Here you will learn how to customize a specific meal plan based on the individuals body composition, metabolism, activity level, etc. This all done through a comprehensive computer program that does all the work for you. If at any time while you’re moving through the course, and you need any help whatsoever, there is always someone that you can contact to help assist you if needed, to help you pass the course. You can work at your own pace, but my experience has been once you start, you don’t want to stop, because the information is so interesting.
