Always amazing! I have never had a bad thing from New Heights from protien shakes to teas and even popsicles they are always spot on. Super hydrating and tasty and the staff is phenomenal they always have the best recommendations and you can tell they genuinely love what they do! A must stop if your in Des Moines!
