Wow...there are no words explaining my entire experience from start to finish with Outeniqua CCTV as a company .Ttly blew my mind.The feedback and info recd once i made the 1st enquiry having had several issues in our area and now time must come to put these to an end.Malcolm De Beer...Marketing ...IT and trainer it seems at the company......come cell link training etc was amazing.Visited the site within hrs.....and was amazing....he had every question we had answered...Well the go ahead was given...he had his team here that sameday...installed within hrs ...and tested....training given as the cameras are ttly mind blowing....linked to your cellphone live....laptop too or even tv....Technislcian installer toobcleaned up spotless after he was completed...unlike most people these days.The owner Roughtan DeBeer personally phoned me within 30 mins of me having waved farewell and a million thank yous passed with parbexcellent service being completed...to see am i happy..any questions he can answer i may have reminded of how etc...was ttly impressed.Said his phone is on all day and available to help with any queries etc i have going forward.Thanked me for the support aswell as can u beleive had me even then decide to go see their offices in York rd to see if as impressive as their products and people and mngmnt....well.I say no more...Ttly proffesional all over and hence not surprised why so many people...companies in this area ...region use Outeniqua CCTV.Total fantastic all round experience.Well done team...u certainly help raise Georges safety too...never mind help this town to receive even better reviews as a safe...clean. friendly and amazing town to live in...with all ur high latest cctv network and facilities and service.Outeniqua CCTV....u the best .Pleasure dealing with such perfectionists with passion...pride and great staff and ownerTotal 6 star from me rating thats 4 sure
