I couldn’t be happier with the work Marco Morales, Morales Builders did on my home. He did a major home renovation to include adding a new dormer to the second floor, remodeled a full bathroom, installed new wood doors throughout the house, installed new flooring and finished off an unfinished storage area.From start to finish he and his crew were professional, reliable and attentive to every detail. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept the work area clean and delivered high-quality craftsmanship. The dormer blends seamlessly with the original house, creating a space that looks like it was always part of the home. Great quality, reliable and honest contractor! Morales Builders have done an excellent job each time they have worked on our house. Our most recent project was to create a living space below our elevated home on pilings. We had an architect help us design a plan connecting the upstairs to the new downstairs. Marco with the help of his team followed all the plans, coordinated with all the sub contractors, and gave us a beautiful downstairs living area. If any issues came up Marco would respond quickly to address our concerns. Morales Builders completed our construction project in a timely way and within our budget. We highly recommend them. Morales did a project for us, moving a laundry room out of a bedroom and into the garage... Garage was finished as part of the house. They did a great job, and Marco was readily available to meet, and responsive to my calls. Will be doing another project with Morales in the Fall... we highly recommend this company.
