My experience with Nathan was anywhere from awesome. I was referred to Nathan by my Real Estate agent and first contacted Nathan between January and February of 2025 in hopes of getting the conventional loan on my condo refinanced for a lower interest rate. Nathan promised he would be able to help get me refinanced in 2025 but never did and stopped contacting me. Later in the first two weeks of December of 2025, after the interest rates dropped, I contacted Nathan again about refinancing my condo loan to a lower interest rate. Nathan had me update my application information and promised to lock in a lower interest rate and close before the new year and said that my first payment wouldn't be due until March of 2026. After this, Nathan stopped contacting me and providing status updates and I had to start contacting Nathan about status and closing information. On 12/31/2025, I contacted Nathan for a status and closing update and kindly advised him that I felt things had been going much longer than they should and that he had been giving me the run around about locking and closing on my refi and I needed to know the status of things. Nathan then made wild accusations about me not providing him information and accusing me of attempting mortgage fraud. Nathan is a perfect example of someone who is all nice talk and smiles in your face but is a terrible person inside and out. Don't let him anywhere near your finances, especially if you're a Latino, African American or anyone of color.
