In my twelve sessions, I have learned excercises that I can continue with at home and are relevant to maintaining flexibility and strengthenining in my hands. I work at a library where there is a lot of repetitive movements and took for granted how much I use my entire body with lifting, shelving, and pushing and pulling heavy carts with books. I am learning to slow down and take more care and time to nurture my body and Rehab Haven had a part in this wonderful realization. First I was impressed by his demeanor and the atmosphere of his office, very relaxed and serene.We discussed my situation, he assured me that he could help, We began my therapy immediately. He is very in tune with all modern physical therapy techniques and he devises a comprehensive routine that's tailored to each individual's specific needs. I did two sessions a week, mostly consecutive weeks but he was very flexible when i couldn't make it there. My routine got progressively harder, the stronger I became .Dr. D gives each patient his undivided attention and he never rushes you. You never feel like you're unimportant. His bedside manner reminds you of the days when doctor's made house visits. If you are looking for an Occupational Therapist, please give him a try.
