I went to this nail salon yesterday and they took 2hrs, yes you read that right 2 HOURS!!! to get a simple gel pedicure done. When I walked in there was at least 20 customers several waiting and 5ppl who came after me that I could see as where I was sitting I couldn't see the front door. I had my feet in the water for 45mins until i was told 5 more mins and the person didnt come until another 30p... More

I went to this nail salon yesterday and they took 2hrs, yes you read that right 2 HOURS!!! to get a simple gel pedicure done. When I walked in there was at least 20 customers several waiting and 5ppl who came after me that I could see as where I was sitting I couldn't see the front door. I had my feet in the water for 45mins until i was told 5 more mins and the person didnt come until another 30plus mins later. That is my fault i should have got up and walked out right then and there. I called before I came they said they closed at 7:15. I got there at 6:30pm and didn't leave until 8:20pm!!!! When I left I was the only customer there, half the employees already left and went home. Half the lights were already turned off along with the music and tvs. The guy who did my pedicure took forever he was really nice and that's the only reason this is getting 2 stars. When paying I complained that i had been there for 2hrs and he reluctantly just gave me a $10 off coupon for the next visit that I'm not sure il ever use. Less
