Francesco I will be honest cos that's how I gotta be...I was in doubt when I first went to see him..by the second visit my outlook on how he works was totally transformed..they change that he has made in my life in 4 visits. I really can't thank him enough ..he is 1 of them very few people are just like a gift from the gods... I'm a different man thanks to Francesco.. recommend anyone that's in pain or in doubt.. I can’t speak highly enough of Francesco. I saw him as I had an issue with a nerve in my lower spine, it was so bad, it was seriously affecting my sleep and as a consequence, my mood. After 3 or so sessions, things started to improved hugely and I am now largely pain free. In addition, I have started playing padel again and whilst I was apprehensive about the affect, the spinal adjustments he has made, have made me a lot more mobile.This is an addendum to my initial review, having now been discharged! My back pain has gone completely, my sleep is uninterrupted, I am back to playing padel again and my posture overall is better than it has been for years. I can’t recommend Francesco highly enough,

Been seeing Charlie Valvona for a couple months now and he’s helped me so much in getting my posture correct aswell as other issues I’ve been having.He takes his time explaining how the body works and what could cause the problems so he can help the best way possible which is an interesting insight and gives at home exercises to help keep the problems at bay so I honestly couldn’t recommend him more 👍🏼

I would absolutely recommend Francesco! I had been struggling with pain in my neck, shoulders, and back for years after several crashes and a serious horse-riding accident 15 years ago.Since starting treatment, my movement has improved immensely. During this time, I was also diagnosed with a condition that required - my main nerve in the left side to be free - otherwise you would pass out and need extra input, but thanks to Francesco’s care and expertise, I’m now virtually symptom-free and only need maintenance sessions.Francesco is kind, caring, and really listens to his patients.
