I had a dental emergency so I needed to be seen right away, and now I will now be a repeat patient of this practice for sure.First of all, for background, I absolutely hate the dentist. I’ve only had terrible experiences at the dentist. It either feels like a sales pitch, or everyone is just extraordinarily rude anywhere I have gone. And secondly, I am a full-time mom. Because it was an emergency, I had to bring my son in with me. I had no time to arrange childcare. Since I have only had terrible experiences elsewhere I anticipated that this was going to be a nightmare.When I tell you that these were the sweetest and most efficient people I have had the pleasure of working with. They were on time. They didn’t make me feel bad about having my son with me. They were extremely fast and efficient with everything they were doing. They were extremely professional.They got me in and out. There was no sales pitch. They provided two options for treatment. I picked the one that better fit my budget. There was no trying to convince me otherwise. Just providing facts and letting me know what they thought the treatment plan should be and options if I could not afford that specific plan. I would 100% recommend to anyone after this experience. Very happy to have found this location.

Second follow up visit with Dr. Parlato. Great personality, personable, knowledgeable dentist. Uses plenty of anesthesia so I didn’t feel a thing. Will be using Heart of Tradition Dental for all my future cleanings and dental work. Front desk staff are awesome too ( Dana and Amanda ). Works with your schedule to make future appt.

Dr. Jesus Mendez was warm, kind and very pleasant to work with! I normally get nervous at the dentist, usually it's due to the atmosphere and the demeanor of the doctors themselves, but not with Dr. Mendez. He listened, spoke calmly, didn't rush me and explained what may be going on. A follow up was scheduled and prescription was prescribed. Very to the point and doesn't fill your head with a bunch of mumbo jumbo nor does he belittle you in any way. My kiddos were with me and he treated them with kindness, asked if they'd like to look with him (as an educational pov, which as a homeschooling family, we greatly appreciate every learning opportunity).Will happily be going back!

Office was neat and clean. Front desk was pleasant and informative. Dental experience was great. Doctor Parlato and his assistant were excellent. They prepared my tooth for a crown which was fast and painless. I would definitely recommend this office.

From the moment I walked into this gleaming modern office I new I had found my golden choice at Heart of Tradition Dental. Amanda greeted my wife & i for starters. Then we met Dr Mendez our immediate feeling was he a very caring person who'se goal is our dental health . He carefully went over medical histories . I had the pleasure of having Lisa as my hygenist and my wife had Nicole. When we left we both agreed that we had gotten one the best cleaning we've every had.You know the phrase if you've tried rest now go to the best!!!!

After receiving a couple of high dollar, page long treatment plans to pay for overhead at other local dentist I decided to give Heart of Tradition dental a try and glad I did. Dr. Mendez was very nice and took time to listen to me explain why I went there. He takes pride in his work and takes his time. Staff are friendly and scheduling was a breeze. I highly reccomend him.
