Excellent service from Bryn and the team for a boiler fitting. Some problems arose, linked with the rest of the system, which were quite stressful as the fitting was for my elderly mum and it was winter time. But Bryn was superb and resolved the issues without hesitation. A true professional.

Not only did Bryn respond extremely quickly to a 'phone request for a quotation which arrived on the same day as his site visit, but the new boiler was installed in just over a week. My recent experience of obtaining trades-people is extremely poor so my experience with Bryn was beyond exceptional! Mark and Ashley arrived promptly on the stated day and installed the new boiler with minimal fuss and tested its operation before leaving by mid- afternoon having taken away the old boiler leaving no mess. Excellent service!! I have no hesitation in recommending Bryn and his team. I have every confidence that if I need any assistance in the future that Bryn will react quickly. A job extremely very well done.

Brilliant service from ExcelHeat Solutions. Bryn came to survey on Tuesday afternoon, understanding our urgency. Mark came to install the new Worcester combi boiler on Thursday morning. The house is now toasty and warm. Mark took the time to explain the boiler and the new thermostat controls. We could not have had a better service. Bryn replaced our Worcester boiler which was over 20 years old with a brand new updated Worcester boiler. He completed the exchange in 1 and 1/2 days. A very neat and tidy job.
