Words can not describe how greatful I am to Jules, Kay and team. My elderly fathers house was in desperate need of full replacement glazing ( windows and doors). The care and time taken to measure, and fit all his new glazing within his budget was excellent. Even little detail was thought through so they my father as he aged could open and close his windows and doors with ease. Communication was exceptional, and made the whole process very easy to understand. My father could be very anxious and no question was too much for them to answer, to help put his mind at ease. He will have a very cosy winter this year!. I would recomend Pendragon to anyone looking for new glazing. You won't find better anywhere else in South Wales.
