From the moment Jules carried out the home visit the professionalism and communication was 5 star.We were kept in the loop throughout every stage of the windows build.Install day. Excellent from start to finish. Jules, Kay and the team were fantastic and I’m so pleased I chose them to replace the external doors on my home. From the very start Jules, Kay and their team have been professional, friendly and attentive. Before I instructed them I read a previous review where the customer said she didn't buy windows and doors, she bought Jules. I couldn't agree more - I absolutely love my home refresh and so does my son (who is obsessed with the new door!). No query is too small or silly and I will be going back once I've paid this lot off. Shout out to James and Ellis too who took amazing care with the removal, fit and clean up. Thank you for listening, understanding what this means to us and delivering on it.
