Austin Cleaning Crew did such a good job on my home! It's the first time I've had a professional housecleaning (I’m guessing they could tell 😆) and it's such a relief. I'm excited to be able to focus more on actual projects instead of fretting about how long it's been since I last mopped.I especially appreciated that they use products with a subtle clean and fresh smell as I’m sensitive to some cleaning products. I’ll continue to use them for my own home and refer them to clients!

Although they did a good job in some areas, I paid more than I have ever paid for a deep clean and expected to have a sparkling clean house. Sadly, on close inspection the floor was dirty, the couch was dirty, the cabinets hadn’t been wiped down. I spent 2 hours after getting home from a long day at work sweeping a mopping the downstairs because it look horrible and I had company coming. I could have easily done a better job myself. Lesson learned. Not worth the money at all!

This was a great experience from the moment I requested a quote to the finished product. We just completed a major home remodel and they did a post construction/remodel clean for us, and the entire house is spotless, shiny, and smells wonderful. We allowed the construction crews to use our bathrooms, and you can’t even tell. The customer service has been 10/10 and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

I was easily able to schedule deep clean for the next day. Karla and Maria were very thorough, did a fine job. Kitchen cabinets are shiny, floors are clean, blinds cleaned, bathroom cleaned. My only concern was the request from Sam for my debit card number prior to the service. He repeatedly said no charges would be made until work was completed, this was only to insure payment. I called him later to ask why I had been charged the full amount of $386 ten minutes after our conversation. He kept saying I had not been charged, the payment was on hold. When a payment shows subtraction from your bank account that is not a hold.

Karla and Maria did an excellent job with the deep clean of our house! They worked diligently, and paid great attention to detail in every room. We are excited to set up a recurring cleaning schedule with them and to live in a cleaner, fresher home!Before the initial deep cleaning, the booking experience was seamless and the owner was highly communicative. The price is definitely on the higher end, but the quality is well worth it.
