Absolutely, each session is always different & fun. Serinah is a inspirational & supportive PT always catering for your individual needs. I’ve participated in the 12 week group challenges with satisfying results. We are so lucky to have Maddox group excercise in our local community & I would personally recommend anyone to this program. I’m looking forward to starting back again & participating in the next challenge
