A hectic but highly informative 3-day bootcamp on lease options! The course was very practical with hands-on experience researching and finding properties and the various types of money-making lease option strategies. The course also delved into the different types of sellers, buyers, investors, financing options, and other creative financing and also used scripted role-play when discussing properties with the various persons involved. There was also a session on the important legal documentation needed for LO’s. Nicky knows what she is talking about and her expertise shines through! She also made the course enjoyable with humour and jokes. My class and group of people/students were fantastic- all willing to help each other. Thanks also to Adam for the technical operations!

Well what can I say? Amazing !!! Three full days of so much information. And such a relaxed atmosphere. No question was too silly and I certainly came away with a wealth of information I’ve not been able to get elsewhere. Nicky and Vanda are amazing and im so happy I got to work with them.

It’s been a mind-blowing and whirlwind three days, with so much packed in! This has honestly been one of the most informative and encouraging property training I’ve attended.Chris and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and have come away feeling inspired and motivated — although our brains are definitely frazzled with the amount of information we now have to digest! 😅I would highly recommend this training to anyone interested in learning more about creative property investing.Thank you Nicky 🌷💕
