Update: I'm now nearly 2 years in, go to 6-7 classes a week, my running has improved tremendously, and I have dropped nearly 50 lbs since I started. As much as I love to travel, I hate leaving because I'll miss the gym! I'm constantly challenged! Nothing gets boring! ❤️ 💪____________________________________I took a leap after seeing a Facebook ad for the gym. I met with Will to learn more and had my name on a paper before I left. My first class was the following Monday. I felt awkward, everyone knew everyone, but I'm used to being the new kid in town. Everyone was so friendly that it was startling. Once class started, it was all business.Nearly three months later, I'm still going religiously first thing in the morning, 3-5 days a week. I'm an early riser but hate leaving the house early. The classes, however, don't make me feel like it's a chore to get out there. I actually find myself looking forward to it. The classes are interesting and challenging, and I love the 6 week concentrations. Ben and Julia are fantastic! I've yet to take a class with the other coaches as they lead the afternoon classes.I like that the coaches are there to help, give suggestions, alternatives, and correction when needed but you don't feel like you're under direct scrutiny as you would be with a personal trainer. They push you but won't break you. They're approachable so you don't feel weird about asking questions or talking with them about concerns.Communication from them is awesome with tips, tricks, why we do what we do, best practices, celebrations, and more.It's not Planet Fitness prices but, let's be honest, you get what you pay for.10/10 recommend.
