CrossFit 1977 yes and amazing place to be. The community is very accepting and willing to help you push in areas that you didn’t think you could. I started here two months ago, needing a change and never have tried CrossFit before in the past, so figured why not. I signed up for the six week challenge and by the end of it was 25 pounds lighter ,feeling good and feeling stronger than I had in quite some time. I will be continuing to work out there and know with the support of everyone in the gym and the coaches that I will be able to transform into the best version of me that I possibly can.
